Here is how to participate

• Get your card from any Day's Market employee
• Fill it in by purchasing groceries and getting the card stamped (or you can come in and get your card stamped once a week for the 13 weeks of the promotion
• Receive your free item upon completion of your "Its Your Choice" Card
• Employees of Day's Market and their immediate family, or any employee of the sponsors are not eligible for weekly or grand prizes.
• Stamp cards must be stamped by an official Day's Market stamp at time of purchase with $300.00 worth of stamps, or during 13 weekly visits if no purchase is made to be entered into the drawing
•  The main weekly prize winner will win the weekly prize, a key chain, and  a key that will be redeemable on (date to be determined) for a key
• Turn in Your "Its Your Choice" Card at Labrum Chevrolet
• Four weekly winners will be drawn Saturday mornings at Labrum Chevrolet.  One weekly grand prize and three one year subscriptions to the Wasatch Wave will be given away.  The weekly grand prize winner will also be issued a blank key that may start the car to be given away. The key will be redeemed upon the completion of the promotion, prior to the grand prize drawing for a cut key.  (You need not be present for the weekly drawings.)
• If you are notified that you are one of the weekly prize winners, come to Day's Market to claim your prize and have your photo taken
• All completed cards turned in at Labrum Chevrolet are eligible for the Grand Prize drawing to be held (date to be determined) in the Day's Market parking lot.  There will be a total of 50 names drawn from all the cards completed.  Thirteen cards from the 13 weekly winners and 37 additional cards.  The holder of each of these cards will be issued a key that might turn the ignition of the automobile. The first weekly winner will try to start the car, then in the order that the winners were drawn the process will continue until the car ignition turns and the car starts
• YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN. If you are not present and your card is drawn, it will be discarded and another card will be drawn
• The drawing will be held on (date to be determined) in the Day's Market Parking Lot.
• Winners are liable for any taxes of any prizes awarded, Day's Market, Labrum Chevrolet or any sponsor accepts no liability for any prizes that are awarded
